Include sender's email and a tax-deductible receipt will be emailed back to you. The Paypal links below are also provided for your convenience, but checks are preferred since a portion of payments made via these links goes to Paypal rather than to Dream Rider.

Dream
Rider is a volunteer based non-profit organization that is dependent on
support from individuals, businesses, our local community, and
foundations. When you support Dream Rider, you are making a difference
in the lives of challenged children. You are providing them the opportunity to
experience the life-changing therapy that Dream Rider provides. There
are many ways you can make a difference; whether it’s volunteering your
time, making a financial contribution, an in-kind donation, sponsoring a
horse, sponsoring a client's therapy sessions, or providing funds for
maintenance of the program's facilities. Your gift will go a long
way.

Sponsor A Client
Scholarships enable Dream Rider to provide the benefits of therapeutic riding to applicants who cannot afford the already low enrollment fees, which only cover program expenses. Our weekly session costs $60.00 per student. To see benefits, a client should attend at least six consecutive sessions.

Sponsor A Horse
Dream
Rider would not exist without our specially trained horses. These
amazing animals are our therapists. Most people are unaware of how
difficult it can be to find the perfect therapeutic riding horse. They
must be easy going, kind, friendly, and enjoy multiple people working
with them at the same time. Our horses are the heart of this program and
their health and well-being is paramount. Over the course of one year
the cost of feed, bedding, shoes, veterinary care, and other expenses
for one horse add up to $5,000.

Facilities Upgrade
People
with impaired health receiving various forms of drug treatment are
highly sensitive to direct sun. Although Dream Rider has a fine sand
arena, a shaded area would be advantageous. A covered Gazebo where women
can receive equine therapy in the shade of a covered area would be a
great advantage. Few facilities have the advantage of a covered
arena. Such a shaded structure costs at least $5000.00. We welcome your
contribution toward a fund to construct such a shaded cover for our
clients.

Make a Financial Contribution

financial contribution is an excellent way to show your support.. Your
financial support allows us to “keep the doors open and the horses fed”.
Your tax deductible donation provides for the purchase of special
riding lesson equipment, horse care supplies, care and maintenance of
the riding arena and grounds, office supplies, technology needs, and
enables Dream Rider to continue to provide a safe, professional, and
dynamic environment for our clients.

In-Kind Donations
In-kind
donations allow Dream Rider to provide better care for our horses and
the people that depend on them. Donations of items that we would
otherwise need to purchase make a significant difference in our program
and allow us to keep doing what we do best…provide therapy on horseback!
We have immediate need for:
- A one ton truck in good condition that has a current smog certificate
- A horse trailer in good condition
